The Hastings-on-Hudson Repair Cafe is

organized by the Hastings Transition working group

& co-sponsored by the Hastings-on-Hudson Conservation Commission.

Repairs by our talented experts…who are also our generous neighbors.

We are looking forward to our FIRST Repair Cafe on April 13!

HERE’S THE LINE-UP!
Textiles: minor garment alterations by hand or machine like seam rips, buttons, hemming, darning, etc. plus stain removal ️ Mechanical: items held together by nuts, bolts, screws like toys, chairs, small furniture, etc.  Bicycles: replacing tubes, fixing tires, gear alignment, brakes adjust ⚙️ Sharpening: kitchen knives, gardening tools  Electrical: lamps, wiring, testing, small appliances ✂️ Plus other items

We are also accepting donations of tools and sundries useful to various repair categories: sewing notions, lamp parts, electronics tools (a voltage meter would be nice), perhaps some woodworking tools that have been sitting in your garage gathering dust forever.
