Eastchester

Eastchester is pleased to announce its very first Repair Café, joining an international movement that seeks to empower citizens to fix their own appliances, jewelry, and other household items, rather than disposing of them. Eastchester residents were inspired by other Westchester communities that host periodic Repair Cafés. They reached out to local leaders, and settled on the town library as the best venue.

While most household goods are eligible for the Repair Café, bicycles will be handled at a separate event in June.
